Ian F. Wallace

Managing Attorney

Ian Wallace has for several years represented both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He has also successfully represented many plaintiffs who were owed overtime pay. Ian is fluent in Spanish (and French) and this has aided his representation of Hispanic employees in particular. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and is also admitted as a barrister to the Bar of England and Wales. He graduated with an LLB Law (Honors) degree in English Law and French Law from University College London and possesses a certificat juridique from L’Université Paris-Assas. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyer’s Association and the Bar of the City of New York, and is a panel member of the legal referral services of the latter two associations.

Anne Donnelly-Bush

Anne is dually qualified in New York State and the Federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is also a solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales. Anne began her focus on employment law litigation, after ten years litigating medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Anne has been an adjunct professor of law for Plaza College, Queens, New York, lecturing on medical malpractice law. Anne received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The University of Liverpool, B.A.; Law Society Final Examination (1993) New York Law School (2004). She is a member of the New York City Bar Association, The Queens, Brooklyn, and Westchester County Bar Associations, Employment Law Sections, and the National Employment Lawyer's Association (New York Chapter). Finally, Anne is the founder of a volunteer monthly poetry group for senior citizens in Manhattan. She is also a former Alumni Ambassador for the University of Liverpool for New York and Eastern USA.

Lauren Goldberg

Lauren Goldberg practices in the area of labor and employment law.  Ms. Goldberg is admitted to the bar in New York and California and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  She received a B.A. from Tufts University in 1996 and earned a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 1999.
