We focus exclusively on employment law—delivering practical, tailored advice for your situation.

We represent employees facing unequal treatment, harassment, hostile work environments, and retaliation for reporting unlawful conduct. These cases often involve race, sex, age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, or whistleblower protections under federal, state, and city law.
We help employees recover unpaid overtime, withheld commissions, unauthorized wage deductions, and denied benefits and bonuses. Many workers do not realize the pay practice is unlawful until it is too late—we will evaluate what you are owed and move quickly to recover it.
We represent employees, managers, and executives offered severance or settlement agreements—advocating to secure fair compensation and balanced terms. We review, draft, and negotiate agreements, pushing back on restrictive clauses like noncompetes and NDAs, and ensuring key protections, including references and confidentiality, are in place. We go to bat to protect your pay, your rights, and your future.
We represent banking compliance professionals and executives who have been terminated after whistleblowing the bank's unlawful activities. We explore every option and the best solution to achieve the best outcome while protecting your future career.
